Post 711 and chapters are making every effort to minimize the exposure of COVID-19 to our community and Legion members by complying with Kern County Covid related directives.. Our utmost concern is for the health and well-being of all our members in order that we may be able to continue planned community and Veteran support programs in the Kern River Valley.  In light of the myriad of health department, state government, and federal government directives, we have suspended regularly scheduled meetings shown on our Calendar page until further notice. We are closely monitoring the situation daily and as soon as we feel it is safe to resume meetings we will notify members and visitors via this web page and our American Legion Post 711 fb page :
